Eligibility If you are a U.S. citizen, employed by a company with a location in the United States, are covered by an individual or group medical plan while in the United States and travel outside of the United States frequently throughout the year, you and your Spouse and Children are eligible for coverage under Patriot Executivesm, while traveling outside of the United States.
